Usability is the process of ensuring that users do not think much when they use your website. Users should easily find what they are looking for. Every interaction should seem logical that any untrained user can get to the point easily.

Usability is achieved by applying many approaches, the most important of which are ensuring that the most important things are shown in the right places, removing any ambiguous actions, giving correct choices to users in a logical way, and selecting the best content presentation approach.

Part of the quality assurance process at Nilecode is the usability testing. In this process we ensure that every part of your system is usable. More than one usability tester will be involved in the process to ensure components are usable to most users with different tastes.
